Hello!

My name is Colleen Kelley and I am looking forward to my second year as a math support teacher for 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. I love my current position and really enjoy implementing math inquiry with small and large groups of students in my classroom.  This is my twentieth year at Highland, twenty-first if you include my attending kindergarten at HPE!

I was born and raised in St. Paul and have two children, both attended St. Paul Public schools K-12.  Currently, I live in St. Paul with my partner, Matt, my 17 year-old daughter, Irene, and our cat, Ollie. When I am not working, I love to garden, travel and spend time with family and friends.  

I graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a BS in Elementary Education.  I also have a Masters in Education from St. Mary's University. In addition to my years at HPE, I taught science in Quito, Ecuador during the 1999-2000 school year.
