Staff Profile

Hi! My name is Deidra (Ms Deidra to my students!). I am your occupational therapist. I received my Master's degree in OT from Western Michigan University in 2000 and a Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in 2007. I have worked for St Paul Schools since 2008.

I am married with two boys (18 and 21 years old.) We also have a cat and two dogs.

My favorite activities are yoga, going for a walk with our dogs through our neighborhood, bike rides with my family, and practicing Kung Fu!

I am very passionate about helping all students be active participants in their learning environment. Some students need help with fine motor/ visual-motor skills, some need help with self-regulation. Regardless of where they need help, I am there for them!
